Hi, I'm I Nyoman Suardika.
I run Book Ubud with my family from our home in Petulu, just north of Ubud town. Over the last three years we've grown from a single villa to a portfolio of seven, and we still meet most guests in person on arrival with a fresh young coconut.
We've held Airbnb Superhost status across every villa we list, and our average response time is under an hour, 07:00–22:00 Bali time. Whether you need a scooter, a driver, a yoga class, a spa, or just a recommendation for the best nasi campur in the village, send me a WhatsApp and I'll sort it.
I speak English and Bahasa Indonesia. My family handles cleaning, check-in and on-the-ground hospitality so there's always somebody five minutes away if you need a hand during your stay.

Scooter rental from IDR 80k/day (we arrange). Grab and Gojek work in central Ubud. Drivers available for day trips. All villas have free parking.

01 How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and group size. We confirm availability, send a quote, and hold your dates with a small deposit via bank transfer or Wise. Balance on arrival in IDR, USD, or by card via EDC.

02 Why is direct cheaper than Airbnb?
Airbnb and Booking.com charge 15–20% commission. Booking direct, we share that saving with you.

03 Where exactly are the villas?
We have 8 villas across Ubud, Gianyar, and Tegalalang, all within 5–20 min of Ubud Monkey Forest. Pick a villa to see its area.

04 Are pets allowed?
Cats are welcome at every villa. Dogs case-by-case; ask us on WhatsApp before booking.

05 What's the check-in / check-out time?
Standard 14:00 in / 12:00 out. Earlier or later usually possible on request.

06 Is breakfast included?
Not included by default; kitchens are fully equipped. Breakfast can be added on request (IDR 80k–120k per person, fresh local + Western options).

07 Can you arrange airport pickup?
Yes. From Denpasar (DPS) to Ubud is ~90 min depending on traffic. Private car around IDR 350–450k.
