Every rate below is the starting nightly rate for the whole villa, not a room. Season and length of stay move the final figure, so we confirm the exact number in writing before anything is paid. Dollar figures are a rough guide at a conservative rate; you pay in IDR.
Book direct and you generally pay 12–18% less than the same villa on Airbnb or Booking.com, because there is no platform fee on top. The host who answers your message is the same person who meets you at the gate.

Ubud villa prices: common questions
How much does a private pool villa in Ubud cost per night?
Across our 9 villas, rates start at IDR 1,200,000 per night (~USD 75) for a one-bedroom and run to IDR 2,200,000 (~USD 138) for the largest two-bedroom. Every villa is the whole property with its own private pool, not a room in a shared compound.
Is booking direct cheaper than Airbnb or Booking.com?
Usually 12–18% cheaper for the same villa on the same dates, because no platform takes a service fee. You get the same host, the same villa and the same cleaning, without the markup.
What is included in the rate?
The whole villa with its private pool, daily housekeeping, WiFi, air conditioning, and a host five minutes away. Airport pickup, scooters, drivers, day trips and in-villa breakfast are arranged separately at local rates.
What changes the price?
Season and length of stay mostly. High season around July, August and the December to January holidays is dearer, and longer stays are usually discounted. We quote the exact figure for your dates before you pay anything.
How do I pay, and how much upfront?
Bank transfer in IDR or USD, Wise, or cash on arrival. A deposit of usually 50 percent confirms the dates, with the balance due at check-in. We send a written confirmation with bank details before any payment.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in gives a full refund of your deposit, with no fee. See the cancellation policy for the full tiers.
Are taxes and the Bali tourist levy included?
The quoted rate is what you pay us. Bali's tourist levy is a separate one-off payment to the provincial government, made by each foreign visitor on arrival, not collected by us.
